This week our school community is focusing on the virtue of Moderation.
Moderation means making good choices and finding the right balance in what we do each day — not too much and not too little. It helps us take care of our bodies, our minds, and the people around us.
Examples of moderation for students:
⚖️ Balancing homework and play
🍎 Choosing healthy foods along with treats
📱 Using technology responsibly
🎮 Knowing when it’s time to stop and do something else
When we practice moderation, we learn self-control and make choices that help us grow into responsible and thoughtful people.
Let’s all work together this week to practice “not too much… not too little… just right!” 💛
