In Build a Chain Reaction (Part I), our students became budding engineers and physicists as they tackled the challenge of designing their very own chain reaction machines. Using a “Chain-Reaction Starter Kit” (complete with a ramp and lever), they explored how energy is stored, released, and transferred—from one falling domino to the next, one brilliant idea to another.
