Senior alumni spotlight: Sydney
???? After my graduation from Powers Catholic, I will be attending Oakland University. I am planning to be a part of their Nursing program and join the club lacrosse team if I am able to.
???? My future plans are to work as a pediatric nurse in a hospital setting. I also wouldn’t mind doing travel nursing for a year or two. I want to travel more in the future and that would be a perfect way to do it.
???? Holy Rosary taught me so much during my time there. The school helped me to grow in my faith as well as make me the person I am today. It is so obvious how much all of the staff cares for each student and I am so thankful I got to experience that love growing up. I made some of my best friends at this school and couldn’t thank them enough. I was able to come back and complete my Capstone project at Holy Rosary and I was given the opportunity to give back to the teachers who helped me so much during my time there. Though it’s been a few years since I attended the school and I’m now in my final weeks of attending private school, I will forever be grateful for the opportunities Holy Rosary gave me and for the staff who led me in my faith life as well as personal life. Holy Rosary has always been there for my family as my sister and I both attended the school and my family being a part of the parish.
