???? You are cordially invited to an informal come and go reunion for Coach Jo Lake. She is visiting family and friends in the Flint area for a couple months this summer, so we are hoping that some of her former players, colleagues, administrators, family and friends can get together to say “Hello” and to wish her congratulations on her most recent award, the Genesee County Historical Society’s History Makers Award. Mr. Gary L. “Fish and the Fish Chronicles” Fisher will be re-presenting the award, since it was originally presented to Jo in May over ZOOM.
???? The event will be held at MDs Sports Tavern and Grill (food/drinks can be ordered off the menu) in Davison on Friday, July 12th from 12 noon-3pm. She will be receiving the award from Gary around 2:00. Please make every effort to attend! I know Jo would LOVE TO SEE YOU ALL! Bring any photos or memorabilia you have. It will be fun to take a trip down memory lane! I also ask that you forward this info to anyone you have kept in contact with over the years. Everyone is welcome!
