🎨🎸🇲🇽
Our 2nd and 3rd graders wrapped up Hispanic Heritage Month with these beautiful “Las Guitarras de Paracho” art projects! ❤️
Students put their creativity to work by combining everything they’ve learned about warm and cool colors, geometric shapes, and organic shapes to create their own unique masterpieces! 🎨✨
But the learning didn’t stop with art! Students also explored geography and discovered the rich history of guitar-making in Paracho, Mexico, a town famous for its beautiful handcrafted guitars. 🎶
🌟 Fun Fact: Did you know the iconic guitar from Disney Pixar’s Coco was designed in Paracho, Mexico? 🎸
What a wonderful way to celebrate Hispanic culture while bringing together art, history, and geography! We are so proud of our talented young artists! 💙
🇲🇽 ¡Feliz Mes de la Herencia Hispana! 🇲🇽
