This Teacher Appreciation Week, we’re giving a huge shoutout to the amazing trio who bring creativity, energy, and heart to every student from Kindergarten through 8th grade. These aren’t just “specials” — they’re sacred spaces where our kids discover new gifts, express who God made them to be, and grow in ways that go far beyond the classroom.
🎶 Mr. Russell turns music class into a ministry — teaching rhythm, harmony, and how to make a joyful noise unto the Lord. He doesn’t just lead students in song, he leads them in worship.
🏃♂️ Mr. Zintsmaster brings the fun (and the sweat!) in gym — teaching teamwork, perseverance, and how to honor God with our bodies. He’s a coach, a cheerleader, and a mentor all in one.
🎨 Mrs. Wilkerson turns blank pages into beauty, showing students how to reflect our creative Creator. From crayon to canvas, she helps them see that they are fearfully and wonderfully made — and so is their art.
From the littlest Kindergartner to the 8th grader preparing to launch, each child is impacted by their passion, patience, and Christ-centered purpose. Specials? More like essential.
Thank you, Mr. Russell, Mr. Zintsmaster, and Mrs. Wilkerson, for helping our kids grow in heart, soul, mind, and strength.
